MMB technology

Player ®. We recommend the version 7 or 9. The Personal Edition
uses Microsoft ® DirectX ® version 8 or 9.
MMB-break workout is a rich
contents-portal. In it
multimedia; video, sound and text, function in large picture
size. MMB-break workout has links to Internet,
intranet and standalone data base. MMB-Compunication can use the
same technology to design any software with similar
requirements.

usage of video contents and some other contents formats as is

How long trial?
In few days or weeks you will know how to use
the workout. You will also learn how to pitch it in the
organisation.
After 3-6 months will you benefit from
performing the workout. If you want scientific results 6-12
months time is the minimum.
What is the aim of the trial?
According to the
research results the workout will
benefit both the users and the company.
You might want to try the success of the
workout in the company. The results show that in a negative
environment 5-10% of the workers would like to have the
programme and in a positive environment 25-80%. If you want
maximum benefits, recommend the excercise to everybody and
everywhere. Trial period measures how well you have taken
care of the motivation!
