M.D. Antti Heikkilä, and
expert in orthopedy and traumatology, nutrition and pain care
says,
"MMB
Mighty MicroBreaker concentrates in essential upper body, arms,
neck and head areas. It has proper durations, proper contents
and the format is reasonable."

excercise see (unfortunately in Finnish only)

Micro break
workout as a whole is a fairly new and less researched subject.
In a study done by an American university has established rise
of 59 % in work efficiency caused by regular break workout.
Expert comments prove even short, 1 minute, excercise
performances having an effect. They need to be repeated few
times a day, the more often the better.
Micro break
workout pays the investment back in less than
one week. Argument is
true of course only by calculation, people will see the
real benefits after 3-6 months. Quoted from Professor Alan Hedge,
PhD, AFBPsS, MErgS, Department of Design and Environmental
Analysis, Cornell University , Ithaca, NY

Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information
Systems.
Statistically
significant enhance in work efficiency by break workout is 59%.

Science suggests
you to get your money back from The Mighty Microbreaker®
investment. The investment is only round 0.02 per cent of your
personnel costs. Perhaps you can afford it, can't you? The
impact on productivity may be 1 percent. Thus the profit/investment
ratio may be 50:1 or even more. Can you have any
better projects?
And one more
advantage. Perhaps your employees would feel better;
maybe they will have less neck-shoulder-disorders.
"Workers who used
computer software to remind them occasionally to assume good
posture, take short breaks and occasionally stretch do more
accurate work and as a result are more productive, according to a
new Cornell study."

"More breaks,
more often are good for business. You'll want to show it to your
boss! Computer workers benefit from preventing disorders in
muscles and skeletal structure."

Shoulder and neck
pain is a common and increasing problem. A study made in
Finland, ”Health 2000” showed that 26 per cent of men over 30
and 40 per cent of women suffer from it.
Journal of American Medical Association published the study,
made in Jyväskylä. It clearly shows that workout is good for
neck and shoulder problems.
The study
comprised 180 office workers, who had neck and shoulder pains.
The study took one year, and it showed clearly that workout and
stretching helped people who had suffered a long time of the
issue.”
