Ennen fysioterapiaohjelman kokeilemista ja jatkuvaa käyttämistä jokaisen on pyydettävä lääkäriltään lupa ja lisäohjeet liikkeiden suorittamiseksi. Liikkeet on lueteltu tämän tekstin loppuosassa.

Before trials and continuous using of the physiotherapeutic programme, you shall ask for permission and detailed guidance from your doctor for performing the exercises, see at the end of this chapter.

SUOMEKSI YHTEENVETO TAUKOJUMPAN LIIKKEISTÄ

Taukojumpan liikkeet ovat normaaleja fysioterapian harjoitteita. Ne on suunniteltu terveille ihmisille ehkäisemään ennalta niska-hartiaseudun ja myös käsien, jalkojen ja silmien vaivoja, joita näyttöpäätteen käyttäjillä esiintyy. Harjoituksien terveysvaarat ovat tietojemme mukaan vähäiset. Niiden huolelliseksi estämiseksi edellytämme käyttäjää noudattamaan varovaisuutta ja huolellisuutta, sillä vastuu harjoituksista on käytäjällä itsellään. Compunication Oy rajoittaa vastuunsa käyttäjää kohti korkeintaan tehdyn toimituksen suuruiseksi. Mitään liikettä ei saa suorittaa, jos se tuntuu tukalalta. Jos harjoitus aiheuttaa epämiellyttävää tunnetta tai rasittuneisuutta, niin se on heti lopetettava. Sairaaksi itsensä tuntevan tai epäilevän on kysyttävä henkilökohtaisia erityisohjeita ohjaavalta lääkäriltä tai fysioterapeutilta. Kipeytyneitä niveliä, lihaksia ym. ei saa harjoittaa lainkaan ilman pätevää erillistä ohjausta. Harjoituksia ei saa tehdä päihteiden, huumeiden tai lääkkeiden vaikutuksen alaisena. Harjoituksia ei saa tehdä liikenteessä tms. tarkkuutta vaativassa, hankalassa, vaarallisessa tai työterveysolosuhteiden kannalta poikkeuksellisessa työssä, tilanteessa tai työtilassa.

Taukojumppaohjelmisto ja -aineisto on tarkistettu viruksia vastaan. Tietokonevirusten vaara on kuitenkin aina olemassa. Siksi käyttäjä saa ladata ja ajaa demonkin vain silloin, kun hänen tietokoneensa viruksentorjunta ja palomuuri ovat kunnossa.

TEKNISET EHDOT - TECHNICAL TERMS

Compunication Oy (COMPUNICATION) is willing to license this software, WEB or other user manual and related materials (the "Software") to you only on the condition that you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully. After reading the terms, you may indicate your agreement by installing the Software or permitting it to be installed rather than returning the software as described below, in which case your use of the Software will be governed by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, return the Software, within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase of the Software. In such case, you shall also destroy all copies or partial copies of the software from your computers.

License and Certain Restrictions

A limited non-exclusive license is granted to use a copy of the enclosed Software on the computer(s) used by the agreed number of single individuals. A single backup copy of the Software is allowed, but the backup copy cannot be simultaneously used with the installed Software. Making additional copies or duplicating the Software by other means including electronic transmission is illegal. It is also prohibited to give copies to third parties. Printed materials may not be copied, if any, accompanying the Software, or print copies of any user documentation. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the world, and international treaties and the Software or portions thereof may not be copied, or allowed others as indicated above. The Software contains trade secrets, and in order to protect them the Software may not be disassembled, reverse engineered, or decompiled (as information on the interoperability of the Software has been provided in the documentation or is readily available from COMPUNICATION). The Software may not be modified, adapted, translated, rented, sublicensed, assigned, leased, loaned, reselled for profit, distributed, or networked, disks or related materials or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof. When the Software is designed to be used in company Intranet or thru Internet, then full right is granted to use and store components of the Software distributed in the respective network in a proper way. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software belong to COMPUNICATION and/or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

THE SOLE WARRANTY REGARDING THE SOFTWARE IS THAT THE ORIGINAL DISK OR INTERNET BASED SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM PHYSICAL DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, ASSUMING PROPER USE, FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE ("WARRANTY PERIOD"). IF A DEFECT OCCURS DURING THIS PERIOD, FAULTY DISK MAY BE RETURNED OR AN INTERNET FAULT MAY BE REPORTED TO COMPUNICATION LTD ALONG WITH DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE; COMPUNICATION WILL REPLACE THE DISK / INTERNET SOFTWARE FREE OF CHARGE. IF SUCH A DEFECT OCCURS AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE DEFECTIVE DISK MAY BE SENT TO COMPUNICATION FOR A REPLACEMENT DISK / NEW INTERNET SOFTWARE, BUT COMPUNICATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR A REPLACEMENT DISK OR INTERNET SOTWARE. COMPUNICATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, WILL COMPUNICATION OR ITS LICENSORS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DATA SUPPLIED, EVEN IF COMPUNICATION, ITS LICENSORS OR AUTHORISED COMPUNICATION DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR ANY CLAIM OF WHATEVER NATURE BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY IS THAT COMPUNICATION WILL AT ITS OPTION EITHER REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACE THE SOFTWARE AS SET FORTH ABOVE. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL DISKS /INTERNET SOFTWARE SET FORTH HEREIN AND IN THE MANUAL, THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, COMPUNICATION AND ITS LICENSORS, DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING THE FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, MERCHANT ABILITY, OR ITS NONINFRINGEMENT. IN ANY EVENT, THE LIABILITY OF COMPUNICATION OR ITS LICENSORS UNDER THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SOFTWARE.
